I have learned two Spanish words... Muebles which is furniture and Carne which of course is meat. Pete and I finally bought some furniture yesterday! It will be delivered today and with some luck it will be put together by this evening and we will have a table and six chairs for the back porch. Yes you read correctly, we finally bought some furniture and it ended up being patio furniture. It was the only thing that we really fell in love with and we will need patio furniture soon or later so why not sooner. At least when you all come to visit there will be something to sit on (smile).
We then celebrated our muebles along with Cody and Billy's birthday's with a huge feast of Carne (sorry Amanda and Gretta). We filled the grill with Filet's from Peru, a TO DIE FOR piece of TUNA that had just swam it's way into our kitchen from Ecuadore and Congro which is an eel like fish. We then topped the dinner off with some grilled asparagus and a huge mixed salad. Needless to say we will be eating left overs for the next few weeks.
